KAST Referral Code (September 2026): "OWS9Q04D" — $100 Off Premium, $1,000 Off Private
Last verified: 2026-08-11
Use referral code OWS9Q04D at KAST signup, or the link app.kast.xyz/referral/OWS9Q04D. It's real and it's mine, generated from my own KAST account today.
KAST referral code OWS9Q04D gets you $100 off a Premium membership or $1,000 off Private, per KAST's own referral page. The bigger numbers you'll see quoted — $250, $1,250 — are what the referrer earns, not what you get.
OWS9Q04D$100 off a KAST Premium membership, or $1,000 off Private, per KAST's own referral page. Your cashback rate stays at your tier's published rate either way — free Standard pays 1.5% on the first $2,000/month with a code or without one.

Disclosure: if you use this code, I'd get: Up to $1,250 per referral — $20/$30/$50/$150 as the referee's spend crosses $100/+$500/+$1,000/+$5,000 (up to $250 total), plus $100 if they buy Premium or $1,000 if they buy Private. 14-day lock before rewards are redeemable. Rankings above aren't affected by that either way.
What the code actually gets you
Straight from KAST's own referral page: a referee gets $100 off a Premium membership, or $1,000 off Private. That's it. Those are exactly 10% of Premium's $1,000/year and Private's $10,000/year prices.
Which means the honest version most pages won't tell you: if you stay on KAST's free Standard tier, this code gets you nothing. It costs you nothing either, and you're better off using a code that works than one scraped off an aggregator — but I'm not going to pretend a discount on a membership matters to someone who isn't buying a membership.
And on that: most people shouldn't buy one. Premium's extra 0.5% over the free tier needs roughly $16,700/month in spend just to break even on its $1,000/year fee. Private's extra 1% over Premium needs roughly $83,300/month. Even with $100 off, Premium is a status purchase, not a cashback upgrade. Full math on the KAST Card review.
Why other pages quote you $250 or $1,250
Because those are the referrer's numbers, and they've been reprinted as if they're yours.
Here's what actually pays whom. When someone signs up with my code, I earn $20 once they spend $100, another $30 at $500 more, $50 at $1,000 more, and $150 at $5,000 more — up to $250 — plus $100 if they buy Premium or $1,000 if they buy Private. My own app screen headlines it as "earn up to $1,250," which is that $250 ladder plus the $1,000 Private bonus. All of it locks for 14 days before I can touch it.
None of that lands in your account. Any page advertising "$250 bonus" or "$1,250" as a signup reward for you has taken my side of the deal and printed it as yours. I earn from this code, which is exactly why I'd rather show you both columns than one.

I'd also treat the other figures floating around this term with suspicion. I've seen a KAST code advertised with a "$10 bonus," and another page promising 500 points after KYC, 1,000 more after $100 of spend, and "cashback up to 7%." None of those appear anywhere on KAST's own site or promotions page right now. KAST does run genuine limited-time promos — there's a 0% FX fee offer live through 2026-08-31 — but they're dated, they end, and a referral code isn't what unlocks them.
Where the code goes
KAST puts the referral-code prompt on its own full screen during signup, before you can continue:

One useful difference from most cards: per KAST's own referral page, you can enter a code during sign-up or add it later in the app. If you've already got a KAST account and skipped that screen, you haven't necessarily missed it. Tria, by contrast, wants its access code at signup or not at all.
Your cashback rate stays at KAST's published tier rate
KAST's free Standard tier pays 1.5%, capped at your first $2,000/month of spend, and that's the rate you get with a code or without one. Your tier is what sets it. Any page offering a code as the route to a better rate is describing something KAST leaves unpublished.
What I confirmed myself
All of this is firsthand through KAST's own signup flow rather than its marketing pages:
Regions. KAST's website doesn't state coverage clearly, so I spot-checked directly. Confirmed working: US, Australia, UK, and France (as an EU proxy). Confirmed not working: Canada. Anywhere else, treat as unconfirmed rather than assumed.
The US experience. Choosing United States as country of residence unlocks the full feature set — fiat transfers, the spending card, crypto send/receive, KAST savings — with no gating I could find.
The expensive tiers are real. Premium costs $1,000/year and Private costs $10,000/year. Those aren't typos; I checked KAST's pricing table twice because they looked like a misparse.
Costs the fee page doesn't lead with. Your first two virtual cards are free, additional ones are $2 each. Standard physical cards are free but shipping costs $40. ATM withdrawals are $3 + 2% across every tier, with no discount at the top tiers.
One thing I haven't got
This code is from KAST's in-app "Refer a Friend," which anyone with an account can generate — no application needed. There's a separate KAST Affiliate Program I haven't applied to yet, and if I had, your discount would be 20% off a first subscription instead of 10%. I'm telling you that because the difference would be yours, not mine. If that application clears, this page and its numbers change the same day and the change gets logged with a date on the change log.

How to use this code
- 1.Open the sign-up link. Go to app.kast.xyz/referral/OWS9Q04D — this carries the referral code for you, so you can skip step 2.
- 2.Or enter the code manually. Signing up from the KAST app directly? Enter referral code OWS9Q04D on the full-screen referral prompt during signup. Per KAST's own referral page you can also add a code later in the app, so this isn't strictly a one-shot.
- 3.Complete signup and KYC. Finish KAST's account creation and identity verification. Confirmed working from the US, Australia, UK and France; confirmed not working from Canada.
- 4.Decide on a membership — this is the only place the code pays you. The code takes $100 off Premium ($1,000/year) or $1,000 off Private ($10,000/year). On the free Standard tier it gets you nothing. Standard pays 1.5% on your first $2,000/month regardless, and Premium needs roughly $16,700/month in spend to break even on its fee.
FAQ
What is the KAST referral code?
OWS9Q04D. Enter it on the referral-code screen during KAST signup, or use the link app.kast.xyz/referral/OWS9Q04D. It's generated from my own KAST account, not scraped from an aggregator.
What does the KAST referral code OWS9Q04D get you?
$100 off a KAST Premium membership, or $1,000 off Private — those are exactly 10% of their $1,000/year and $10,000/year prices, per KAST's own referral page. If you stay on the free Standard tier it gets you nothing, which is worth saying plainly: the code discounts a membership, and most people shouldn't buy one.
Does a KAST referral code give you a $250 or $1,250 bonus?
No — those are the referrer's numbers, not yours. The person who referred you earns $20/$30/$50/$150 as your spend crosses $100/+$500/+$1,000/+$5,000, up to $250, plus $100 or $1,000 if you buy a membership, which is where the in-app "up to $1,250" headline comes from. Pages advertising those figures as your signup bonus have reprinted the referrer's side of the deal as yours.
Can I add a KAST referral code after signing up?
Yes. KAST's own referral page says a code can be entered "during sign-up or add it later in the app," which makes it unusual — Tria's access code, for example, has to go in at signup or not at all. If you already have a KAST account and skipped that screen, you haven't necessarily missed it.
Is the KAST referral code OWS9Q04D legit?
Yes — it came out of the Refer sheet in my own KAST app, and I earn from it when it's used. Worth checking any KAST code you find elsewhere against what it claims: I've seen this term served codes promising a "$10 bonus," 500 points after KYC, and "cashback up to 7%," none of which appear on KAST's own site or promotions page.
Where do you enter a referral code on KAST?
On a dedicated full-screen step during signup, before you can continue. It's not hidden in a settings menu — but it is easy to click straight past if you don't have one. There's a screenshot of that exact screen on this page, from my own signup.
Can I sign up for KAST without a code?
Yes. The code step is skippable, and skipping it doesn't change your cashback rate. Standard is free and pays 1.5% on your first $2,000/month either way.
Which countries does KAST work in?
I spot-checked directly through KAST's own signup flow rather than trusting its site, which doesn't state coverage clearly. Confirmed working: US, Australia, UK, and France. Confirmed not working: Canada. Treat anywhere else as unconfirmed.
What do you get if I use your KAST code?
Up to $1,250 in total: $20 once you spend $100, $30 at $500 more, $50 at $1,000 more, $150 at $5,000 more, plus $100 if you buy Premium or $1,000 if you buy Private. It locks for 14 days before I can redeem it. None of that affects the rankings or numbers anywhere else on this site.
